The founders
Jannes Lecompte
Founder & Technical LeadI'm the founder and technical lead of Dynome, responsible for solution architecture, engineering delivery, and technical oversight across every client engagement.
Over the past 15 years, I've designed, implemented, and supported enterprise technology solutions for organisations including Philips, Fujitsu, Port of Antwerp, Stolthaven Singapore, TCR, and government and healthcare institutions across Belgium. My experience spans cloud infrastructure, Azure architecture, security, data platforms, systems integration, and application development.
This broad technical foundation shapes how I approach AI implementation. Rather than treating AI as a standalone technology, I focus on integrating it into existing business processes, systems, and workflows in a way that is secure, scalable, and sustainable.
Over recent years, I've designed and delivered production-grade AI solutions across healthcare, property management, professional services, and language technology. My work includes intelligent automation platforms, AI-powered knowledge systems, voice and transcription solutions, and commercial AI products serving real users in live production environments.
My approach is simple: understand the business, the processes, and the technology landscape first, then determine where AI can create meaningful value. This ensures every solution aligns with business objectives, integrates effectively with existing infrastructure, and delivers measurable operational improvements.
What sets me apart is the combination of deep enterprise technology experience and hands-on AI implementation. Having worked across the full technology stack, from infrastructure and security through to applications and AI systems. I understand how to move beyond pilots and prototypes to solutions that can be reliably deployed, adopted, and scaled.
Based in Ghent, Belgium, I work across Dutch, English, and French-speaking environments and support organisations throughout the full lifecycle of technology and AI transformation initiatives.
Martin Wilkings
Co-founder & Business AI ArchitectI'm a co-founder, product leader, and independent consultant with more than a decade of experience helping organisations navigate complex technology, operational change, and digital transformation.
As a co-founder of an AI startup, I designed and led the development of an advanced AI platform from the ground up, covering product strategy, infrastructure, governance, and delivery. As a consultant, I've delivered services and transformation initiatives for organisations including Lockheed Martin, Worldpay, Legal & General, and the UK Government.
My strength lies in bridging the gap between business and technology. I work with executives to understand strategic objectives, operational challenges, and risk considerations, then translate those requirements into practical solutions that technical teams can successfully deliver.
My experience spans AI strategy and implementation, business process analysis and redesign, governance and compliance, stakeholder management, and technology delivery. This enables me to support organisations throughout the entire transformation journey, from discovery and opportunity assessment through to implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement.
I help SMBs and SMEs deploy AI in a way that is practical, scalable, and commercially focused, improving productivity, reducing operational friction, strengthening governance, and delivering measurable return on investment.
