Why we exist
AI is the most transformative technology of our generation, but most businesses are being poorly served by hype-driven advice and vendor-biased recommendations. The gap between what AI promises and what it delivers inside real businesses is enormous and growing. This is as true for a 10-person business as it is for a 500-person enterprise.
To give every ambitious business access to the same calibre of AI strategy and execution that the largest tech companies enjoy, not watered-down advice for smaller budgets, and not enterprise complexity that only works at scale. The real thing, right-sized for each client.

The founders
Most AI projects fail at the gap between a promising prototype and something that actually runs in production. I close that gap.
I've spent 15 years building and securing enterprise systems for organisations like Philips, Fujitsu, and the Port of Antwerp, across cloud, data, infrastructure, and applications. For the last few years, that focus has shifted to AI: intelligent automation platforms, voice and transcription systems, and AI-powered knowledge tools running in live production today.
My approach is straightforward. I don't chase the newest model. I look at how your business actually works and find where AI can remove friction, reduce cost, or unlock capability you don't have today. Then I build it to last.
Most AI builders learned their craft from blog posts and bootcamps. I spent a decade as a computational neuroscientist, studying how intelligence actually emerges, then brought that rigor into industry.
I've built AI systems across an unusually wide range: a multi-agent platform for a national art museum, an ML-driven workforce engine for airport operations, a SaaS platform powering international climate finance. I've founded my own practice, served as Chief AI Officer of a startup, and led engineering teams to deliver computer-vision and NLP products into production.
A 2023 finalist for the Women in AI Awards North America, I bring the same scientific depth to every SMB engagement: understand the real problem, strip out the hype, and build something that actually works.

That's what I do. I've spent over a decade bridging the gap between leadership teams and technical delivery, from building an AI platform as a startup co-founder to leading transformation work for Lockheed Martin, Worldpay, and the UK Government.
